SUMMARY:Annual Competition and BBQ
DESCRIPTION:Our annual competition and barbecue will take place on Saturday 5th August on the Community plot\, 37a.  This event will be free to members and guests.  As in previous years\, allotment grown fruit and vegetables should be displayed in blue mushroom trays which can\, I understand\, be obtained from the Farm Shop on Spring Lane. \nEntries should be brought to the Community Plot between 1.00 and 1.30.  Winners and runners up\, decided by the votes of members present\, will be announced at 2.00\, and this will be followed by a free barbecue.  This is a great opportunity to socialise with other members and\, as long as the sun shines\, promises to be a great afternoon.

DESCRIPTION:Our AGM this year will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 21st September at the Balfour Club\, Hight Street\, Arnold.  There is plenty of parking nearby\, both on the same side of the road and near the Leisure Centre.  As usual\, a buffet supper will be provided after the business of the meeting.  Please attend if at all possible\, as this is your opportunity to make your voice heard in matters relating to the running of our Association.
